The challenge

Clients need one clear place to see how their project is going, ask for changes, sign off work and pay, without email threads or access to our internal tools. Our team needs the same place to manage that work, with proper security and different access for different roles.

The solution

We built the portal from scratch as a fast, server-rendered PHP application with its own design system, motion and command palette. Clients see only their own projects, requests, approvals, invoices and files. The team side adds leads and call requests, an outreach tool and team roles, with security built in from the start.
