Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services provided by Drazlon ("Drazlon", "we", "us"), including the Zeron AI chatbot and related tools (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Drazlon provides software-as-a-service products for eCommerce businesses, including AI-powered chat, lead capture, analytics, and website analysis tools. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that negatively affect paid functionality.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when purchasing or registering, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the Services on behalf of a business.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) or as one-time purchases, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or the rights of others; send spam or unlawful marketing; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the data of others; resell or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted by your plan (for example, an agency/white-label plan); or use the Services to deceive, harass, or harm any person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you or your website visitors submit through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Customer Data in order to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect visitor data through your website and that your own privacy notices reflect the use of our tools.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Drazlon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription for your internal business purposes (or, for white-label plans, as described in your plan).

8. AI-generated output

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, reports, and recommendations. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies and is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for business decisions.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including third-party infrastructure) may affect availability. Support is provided by email at jk@drazlon.com.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or produce any particular business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drazlon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately in the case of serious violations of Section 5.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where reasonably possible, notify active customers by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
