This Cookie Policy explains how Drazlon ("Drazlon", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on drazlon.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work and remember information between pages or visits.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. We set a session cookie (drz_site) only on the quote and booking forms, to protect them against cross-site request forgery and spam. The client portal uses its own session cookie (drz_portal) to keep you signed in. These cookies expire when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity and cannot be switched off without breaking the forms or sign-in.

Preference storage. The client portal stores whether you collapsed its sidebar in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal information.

Third-party services. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files. Our website chat assistant (AskZeron, loaded from api.askzeron.com) stores a conversation ID in your browser's local storage so your chat continues between pages; see our Privacy Policy for how chat data is handled.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

3. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the quote form, booking form and client portal sign-in will not work.

4. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
