This Privacy Policy explains how Drazlon ("Drazlon", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit drazlon.com, purchase our products, or use our services, including the Zeron AI chatbot (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, company details, and the contents of messages you send us or submit through our chat tools. If you purchase a plan, billing information is collected and processed by our payment provider (see Section 4) — we do not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and usage data collected through server logs and cookies or similar technologies.

Chat data: when you interact with Zeron on our website or a customer's website, the conversation content is processed to generate responses and, where the chat requests it, contact details you choose to share (such as your email for a follow-up) are stored.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and operate the Services; respond to enquiries and deliver follow-ups you request; process payments and manage subscriptions; analyze and improve product performance; send service-related emails; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. AI processing

Chat messages submitted to Zeron are processed by our AI infrastructure provider, Anthropic, to generate responses. Conversation data is transmitted securely and used to provide the chat functionality. We encourage users not to share sensitive personal information (such as financial or health details) in chat conversations.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf: Anthropic (AI response generation), Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and security), Resend (transactional email delivery), our website hosting provider, and our merchant of record / payment provider, which independently processes payment and billing data as the seller of record for purchases. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Chat and lead data is retained while an account or business relationship is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after it is no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. 9. International transfers

Drazlon is based in Pakistan, and our service providers operate globally. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Website enquiries and call requests

When you send a quote request or book a call through drazlon.com, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email address, company, website, platform, project details, preferred call times and timezone, and any file you choose to upload) together with your IP address for spam prevention.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule and hold the call, and keep a record of our conversation. It is stored in our own client portal database on our hosting provider and is not sold or shared for marketing. If you become a client, it becomes part of your client account.

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to access or delete your enquiry at any time by emailing jk@drazlon.com.
