AskZeron: an AI sales agent for eCommerce stores
Our own multi-tenant AI chatbot SaaS. It answers shoppers in their language, shows real products from the store, captures and scores leads, requests meetings and hands over to a human when needed.

The challenge
Most store chat widgets answer a question and stop. The visitor leaves, and the store owner never learns who they were, what they wanted or how close they were to buying. We wanted an assistant that keeps the conversation going until there is something the team can act on, and that any store can install in minutes.
The solution
We designed and built AskZeron end to end as a multi-tenant SaaS on Cloudflare Workers, with the Claude API doing the conversation. Each store gets its own configuration, knowledge and leads. The assistant reads the store's catalog and pages, answers in English, German, French or Spanish, captures contact details while the conversation is warm, scores each conversation and can request a meeting or hand the chat to a person. Agencies can run it under their own brand.
